Workshop On Pattachitra for Adults on
October 9 - 10, 2004
An Art Of Engraving On Palm Leaf Is being organized by
Madras Craft Foundation at Dakshinachitra,
Muttukadu, East Coast Road, on 9th and 10th October 04 for
adults. This art-form has originated from Orissa, the land
of exquisite arts, claims a distinct place of its own because
of its unique workmanship. Some of the important themes
are “Thia Badhia”,” Krishna leela”,
“Dassabatara Patti”, “Rama and Ravana
Judha” etc.
Workshop on Doll making for children below 12 yrs on October
10, 2004.
